Operations Manager
Kari Simon has been with Real Property Management for over six years, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the team. She transitioned into the role of Maintenance Supervisor, where her construction background helped streamline operations. In her current role as Operations Manager, Kari oversees owner communications, leads the sales team, and plays a key role in protecting clients’ investments.
A proud member of a military family, Kari values discipline, commitment, and resilience-traits she carries into her professional and personal life. Her dedication to exceptional service and asset protection is evident in her work. Outside of the office, Kari enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Justin Drake
Maintenance Supervisor
Justin Drake is the Maintenance Coordinator at Real Property Management Charlotte Metro, where he brings practical expertise and a hands-on approach to supporting property operations. Justin joined the team in 2025, following more than 10 years in the construction and home repair industry. He holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which complements his practical expertise with a solid academic foundation. He brings strong efficiency, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to every project. Outside of work, Justin enjoys staying active by playing pickleball and pursues his interest in technology by building custom computers.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their six children, cherishing family moments and creating lasting memories.

Assistant Property Manager
