She transitioned into the role of Maintenance Supervisor, where her construction background helped streamline operations. In her current role as Operations Manager, Kari oversees owner communications, leads the sales team, and plays a key role in protecting clients’ investments.
A proud member of a military family, Kari values discipline, commitment, and resilience-traits she carries into her professional and personal life. Her dedication to exceptional service and asset protection is evident in her work. Outside of the office, Kari enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Taj brings more than 10 years of customer service experience across the banking and retail industries to her role as a Property Manager with RPM Charlotte Metro. With a genuine passion for helping others and a deep love for real estate, she is committed to creating positive experiences for residents and property owners while helping protect and care for each client’s investment. Zaakira Holt joins Real Property Management Charlotte Metro as a Coordinator, bringing nearly seven years of project management experience from NCR Corporation. She ensures homes are ready and residents are taken care of, from pre-move-in inspections to maintenance requests and urgent matters.
Zaakira stays organized under pressure and keeps everyone well informed. Owners and residents can count on her to follow through and communicate next steps.
