Kari Simon
Operations/Sales Manager
Kari Simon has been with Real Property Management for over six years, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the team. She transitioned into the role of Maintenance Supervisor, where her construction background helped streamline operations. In her current role as Operations Manager, Kari oversees owner communications, leads the sales team, and plays a key role in protecting clients’ investments.
A proud member of a military family, Kari values discipline, commitment, and resilience-traits she carries into her professional and personal life. Her dedication to exceptional service and asset protection is evident in her work. Outside of the office, Kari enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Andrew Matthews
Property Manager (Lic#: 355458)
Andrew joined the Real Property Management Charlotte Metro team in January 2024 as the Property Manager. With four years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate, Andrew is a licensed professional in both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. His expertise includes executing numerous successful deals for private investors, showcasing his strong negotiation and property management skills.
Before transitioning to Property Management, Andrew served in the U.S. Navy for 12 years, where he developed exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their six children, cherishing family moments and creating lasting memories.
Abrianna Roberts
Assistant Property Manager
Abrianna joined RPM in August 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager. Abrianna works primarily in the leasing department and provides support towards other processes in property management. Abrianna understands the importance of providing excellent customer service to both tenants and owners and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with RPMCM. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Rene Fernandez
Maintenance Coordinator
As the Maintenance Coordinator at Real Property Management Charlotte Metro, Rene takes pride in supporting tenants and property owners by managing daily maintenance requests with efficiency and care. Collaborating with a network of skilled vendors, he enjoys fostering relationships and ensuring seamless teamwork to achieve the shared goal of delivering excellence in every task.
Beyond his professional role, Rene has a deep passion for technology and staying actively engaged with emerging trends in the field. He also loves exploring new places and immersing himself in diverse cultures.
Working alongside a dedicated and talented team has been an incredibly rewarding experience for him, and he’s excited for the opportunities ahead as we continue to provide exceptional service.
Karla Vega
Leasing Assistant
Karla joined the Real Property Management Charlotte Metro team in 2023 as a virtual/leasing assistant. Karla had previous experience in the customer service field and also worked as a language interpreter. She did not have any experience in property management but has learned so much from it in her day-to-day interactions with tenants and owners.
During this time, Karla lead and assisted in the maintenance and leasing areas providing the best service for our clients.
In her spare time Karla enjoys reading books, playing with her cat, and spending time with her loved ones.
